I have a new computer and run Windows 8 Professional. Two days ago Printer HP Officejet 6700 Premium was working fine. Tried to print today and pop said 'Unable to communicate with printer'. Everything checks out with the printer. When into devices and found a problem with the desk top, 'PCI Serial Port doesn't have a driver'.
